Jean taught in many settings. The last decades of her life were spent in Coleg Elidyr Camphill, a Steiner school in Snowdonia Wales and lastly in Trigonos, Wales.

In Coleg Elidyr, an educational centre for 16plussers with additional needs, Jean was popular with the young people as well as the co-workers. Jean also did her eurythmy sessions with the children of the Peregrini Steiner school, set up by staff within the Coleg Elidyr Community. After her 8 years at Coleg, Jean took a supporting role at the newly founded school in Snowdonia. In 1996 she moved to Trigonos where she spent the final years of her life in creative retirement. Jean enjoyed sharing her rich life experiences with visitors at Trigonos.
