EURYTHMY
In the 1950’s Jean became one of Marguerite Lundgren’s first students at the London School of Eurythmy.
During this time Jean worked to support herself in the small Waldorf Kindergarten in Hampstead along with the eurythmist Walburga Tuch (d.2011).
After successfully completing the eurythmy training, she soon became a highly talented member of the London Stage Group and worked with them during the 60s and 70s.
It was pioneering work for this group as well as for Jean: an artistic striving, touring the UK and abroad with Perceval and the Quest of the San-Grail.
Eurythmy began to be recognised in the UK as a performing art.
